Welcome back to my Blue Ribbon Product Reviews page! It has been a long time since I posted a product review! I decided to get back into the swing of things by sharing with y’all about this fancy brownie pan!
Normally I love everything old fashioned and vintage but ya know what Sugar Pies? This newfangled non-stick Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan is absolutely wonderful!! In the past my brownies would sometimes sink in the middle when I used a 9 x 13 pan and it would also be goopy in the center. But not with this pan! Every brownie comes out perfect. The sides are chewy and the middle is melt-in-your-mouth moist and soft. The cooking time is about 8 to 10 minutes less too! Just whip up your favorite 9 x 13 brownie recipe or box mix in a batter bowl (the kind with handle and a pour spout works best!) and pour the batter into the pan. I use a rubber spatula to help guide every drop of chocolate goodness into the pan.
You can smooth the batter with a spoon to make sure it is evenly distributed. Then bake for about 8 to 10 minutes less than the required cooking time. With the handles on both sides it makes it so easy to pull the pan out of the oven too!
Fresh out of the oven!
The Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan comes with this cute little spatula which makes it so easy to cut and slide out your brownies!
Each piece comes out perfectly to wrap for picnics, road trips or any on-the-go- family fun activities. Of course you can make a lot of other yummy goodies with this pan too! Coffee Cakes, blueberry muffin squares, baked Mac ‘n’ Cheese Squares, cornbread, cookie bars, Banana Nut bread bars and so much more! Because of the unique construction everything cooks quickly and evenly.
I highly recommend the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan! It gets my Blue Ribbon Seal of Approval!
I love the brownie recipe from Baker’s Chocolate but I have to say that I also love the Duncan Hines (Family Size) Brownie Mix too! It’s so delicious that I keep a box or two in my pantry for when I need to whip up a quick treat and don’t have time to bake from scratch. I like my brownies plain but if you like yours with frosting this is my favorite frosting recipe…the one change to the frosting recipe that I do is I only use 2 squares of Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate instead of 4. YUMMY!
Fresh chewy, fudgy, brownies and a cold glass of milk …mmm that’s good eatin’!
You can find the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan Here!
Hugs Y’all!

Oh my goodness…I love baking and baking helpers…this looks wonderful. I think I may have to go out and buy one!
How can I send your review page to my daughter via email. I don’t see any place to click to send it. That’s a great review and she has a terrible time making brownies. Thanks. Elaine
That looks wonderful! I may have to give that pan a try! Thanks, Aunt Ruthie, for the recommendation!! *hugs*
Going to the kitchen right now to bake some home-made brownies and icing using your recipe. Just might order the pan, too!
Wonderful review! I **love** homemade brownies, and this pan would make it so easy for my brownies to turn out perfect! =)
So glad to see this Aunt Ruthie! I have been wanting to try but didn’t want to waste the money if it didn’t work out. I guess it was not for you. Will be getting mine soon!
Love to see your reviews.
:)
Oh, I’ve seen this on tv. This looks really cool…and the best brownies are the ones that have at least three chewy, crispy sides and then soft in the center :) :) Thanks for the review :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
I have this pan too and I love it! I have given it as gifts to my friends and they also rave about it! Thanks for sharing your fun ideas! I love your blog!
This pan looks amazing! I have seen them in stores but have never really been tempted by them – until I read your review! ;) Your brownies look so good! Mine never look that pretty, I think I will put this on my Mother’s Day wish list!

This looks like a nice pan ro add to my collection, Aunt Ruthie. It looks very well made. I’m adding it to my wishlist!
Ruthie, have you ever considered writing a book? I can just imagine that you could put together a wonderful book of practical and spiritual inspiration for women (or men) who love home and family. :)
I will get one of these for my daughter. She makes brownies all the time. There is a pan in my kitchen right now, (they are living with us right now). Thanks for the review. XO, Pinky

Aunt Ruthie I use the Baker’s square recipe all the time but have never use the frosting! I will have to try that one now and the pan looks great for a lot of different things. I like your reviews because I like to know how it works before I buy it. Thank you and they look yummy.
Now this looks amazing!
Oh my goodness looks delish! I appreciate your review and think I will pick up one of these pans. I never considered making anything but brownies in this pan and could not justify having another pan, but in hearing your other suggestions think this might be worth it. Thanks so much for taking the time to share this. Enjoy!!!!!!
This is so cool … I want it! :) My cousin’s wife made brownies once with a store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough frosting…let me tell you it was absolutely divine! It was one of those desserts that makes you gain 10 pounds just by looking at it!!!
Oh my goodness those look fantastic! I think I’m going to go make a batch of brownies for my husband, two children & myself! I love your blog & hope you have a wonderful weekend.
I was given this pan for a gift and it is wonderful! Everyone raves about my brownies when baked in this pan. I will certainly be giving it as a gift in the future.
Hey!! Love your site—added to my favorites—-Huge Farm chicks fan here in Missouri Are you going to the show?
I love this pan! Your posts are always great! Thanks for all you share.
Love your posts. I have added your button to my blog!
Somehow I missed this post when it originally came out. Ironically, I’ve been thinking about buying a new pan, primarily for baking brownies! I am always experimenting with new recipes but haven’t been happy with how any of them are turning out. Haven’t seen this particular pan and I appreciate the review, as others have stated, it’s nice to know if something actually works before you go and buy it.
I was given this as a gift a few years ago, and must say that it does indeed make the BEST BROWNIES! Even the lesser basic Betty Crocker mix becomes a “wow!” in it.
It is also Made in the USA and can cook other foods – like lasagna – as directed in the included leaflet. Super easy to clean as well.
A great addition to any kitchen. Thanks for exposing it!
I love your web page & I especially love that white stove.
Just ordered my new pan. How did you know that I had just thrown out my old ones in disgust? Can’t wait.
These look delicious! putting this on my wishlist. My birthday is coming up so maybe I will get one. :)
