Howdy darlin’! This is my go-to veggie dip! It’s soooooo yummy and soooooo easy!
There are only 6 ingredients! Things you probably have on hand!
Mix all ingredients in a bowl…
Pour it in your serving dish..
Put in the fridge to chill overnight or at least a few hours. The flavors need to marinate, and it tastes best cold.
Wash and chop your favorite veggies!
Arrange the veggies and dip on a platter…
Love the blog on Facebook. First one I have received since I signed up on Facebook to receive your neat blog
Thank you for posting this simple recipe. I will be using this for our family 4th of July celebration, if not before! I have linked your blog to my roll and know my readers will be blessed by your posts.

Hi Ruthie,
I love this fresh dip!
I was wondering if you have a favorite salsa recipe. I have some fresh veggies that would be perfect.. just curious how you do it and do you can it?
Love all your shares and encouragement.

Looks declicious…and only a few carbs. With pork rinds which have 0 carbs, that would be a great snack!!

I love, love, your site. Love the free recipes. Thank you for trying to bring back the true concept of family.
I just wanted to say that Summer is absolutely adorable!
Looks scrumptious! Perfect for entertaining on a hot summer day…no heating up the kitchen by using an oven…which apparently was a cardinal sin back in the day. I had two great aunts that lived together in a neat old farm house in Hope Arkansas together until they passed away when I was little. I do remember one visit. I remember not having air conditioning and I remember the creaky wood floors and planked white walls, and wrap around porch. It always smelled like coffee and bacon in the kitchen. Another thing I recall was that they did all of the dinner “baking” for the day mid morning, so as not to heat the house during the hottest part of the day.
Anywhooo…sorry for ramblin’! I know you’re a sucker for old time-y kitchen stories like me. Speaking of which, do you have any good new books to recommend? I’ve purchased a couple of the books you’ve recommended in the past and really enjoyed them.
Lots of Sugar to Ya!! oxox

Oh, and one more thing…
before my great aunt passed away my mother asked her to write down a story about what life was like in the country during the depression.
It is several pages long and one of the most fascinating bio’s ever!
My dad scanned it, I need to get a copy to post on my blog. You will LOVE it!
